Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

 Thank you for shopping at Workwear (East Anglia) Ltd, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help and want to make this as easy as possible for you.

1. Returns (Change of Mind)

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Returns Process
To return an item, please email us at sales@workwearltd.com explaining the reason for the return and if you would like an Exchange or Refund

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are sent out carriage free, once we have received the previous item back and inspected

3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If the item is faulty*, damaged, or not as described, you have a legal right to a refund, repair, or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days for a full refund, including shipping costs.

* not all items are covered under your statutory rights, for example, Safety Footwear does not have a 12-month Guarantee

5. Exceptions
Please note that personalised items, custom-made items, and perishable goods are exempt from being returned.
